Our quality management system: IATF 16949
The certification of our quality management system as per the ISO/TS16949 standard vouches for our commitment to the quality of our products and services as well as our compliance with the specific requirements of our clients. This approach is underpinned by the systematic implementation of the lean manufacturing principles on which our production system called the 3PS (PUNCH Powerglide Production System) is based and focused on:
- manpower involvement
- standardised production processes
- on-going improvement
- responsiveness
- prevention of faults
Our workplace health and safety management system:
ISO 45001
PUNCH Powerglide works to a stringent safety policy aimed at efficiently identifying and preventing the risks related to the personnel, sub-contractors and visitors. Each employee is proactive in and a vector of safety by adhering to the guidelines. The company has been OHSAS 18001 certified since 2002 and ISO 45001 since 2020.
Our environmental management system: ISO 14001
PUNCH Powerglide is proactive on a daily basis in protecting the natural resources and reducing the environmental impact related to its activities. Initiatives are led in several sectors, in particular in favour of water treatment, water consumption monitoring and waste management. The company has been ISO14001 certified since 1998.
Our Authorized Economic Operator status: AEO
PUNCH Powerglide has international logistical activities which are secured and recognized by customs. This certification helps to accelerate customs clearance procedures and ensure easier and safer trade.
TISAX Certification
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment eXchange) is a global information security standard for the automotive industry.
